Overnight Salad

This salad can easily be changed to whatever vegetables you are in the mood for. Except for the dressing, there are no specific amounts listed. That is how the recipe was given to me. Here is what we generally use:

cauliflower florets
broccoli florets
summer squash
bell pepper

1 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp dill weed
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder (I use fresh garlic)
